4. Required Elements for a Valid DMCA Notice
Under federal law, your notification must include substantially all of the following elements to be legally actionable:

6. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your access credentials or material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to our designated agent.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
