2. Nature of the Service

3. Account Delivery & Credentials
Upon successful payment verification, your unique credentials (Server URL, Username, and Password) will be delivered automatically via email or WhatsApp within 1 to 5 minutes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your credentials.
4. Concurrent Device Limits & Usage Rules
Subscriptions are licensed strictly on a per-screen basis:
- Single-Screen Plans: You may install your credentials on multiple devices (e.g. living room TV, bedroom TV, smartphone), but you may stream from only one active screen concurrently.
- Multi-Screen Plans: Simultaneous streaming is permitted up to the specific device limit purchased (2 or 3 screens).
- Prohibited Sharing: Sharing, re-selling, or publishing your account credentials on public forums, Discord servers, or Telegram channels will trigger automated system flags and immediate account termination without refund.
5. Internet Bandwidth & Hardware Requirements
To ensure optimal streaming fidelity, subscribers are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection with minimum sustained download speeds:
- Standard Definition (SD) & High Definition (HD): Minimum 10 Mbps.
- Full HD (FHD 1080p at 60 FPS): Minimum 25 Mbps.
- 4K Ultra HD & 8K Streams: Minimum 35 to 50 Mbps.
We strongly recommend a wired Ethernet connection for streaming boxes (Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV) during high-profile live sports broadcasts to eliminate local Wi-Fi packet loss.
6. Prepaid Nature & Zero Recurring Contracts
All packages purchased on IPTV Stream are 100% prepaid for the duration selected (3, 6, or 12 months). We do not operate auto-renewal subscriptions, hidden recurring billing, or contractual cancellation penalties. When your package duration ends, service simply suspends until you choose to renew manually.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for:
- Commercial rebroadcasting in public venues, bars, or restaurants without prior commercial authorization.
- Restreaming feeds through third-party servers, IPTV panels, or streaming proxies.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack IPTV Stream server infrastructure.
8. Service Modifications & Channel Uptime
While we maintain a benchmark uptime of 99.99%, channel lineups, audio commentary tracks, and VOD selections may change periodically due to maintenance, satellite feed updates, or broadcaster scheduling. Scheduled maintenance is executed during off-peak hours whenever feasible.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IPTV Stream, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet service provider downtime, local device malfunctions, or regional ISP routing blocks beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the customer for their active subscription period.
